چکیده
VIDAL (1886) first described cataract in young patients subject to attacks of pruritis followed by lichenification and associated with asthma. Andogsky (1914) described four cases of unclassified skin disease with cataract as 'dermatogenous cataract', and Kugelberg (1934) used the term 'syndermatotic juvenile cataract'. Brunsting (1936) reported ten cases of atopic dermatitis with juvenile cataract. Karel, Myska, and Kvicalova (1965) found three cases of atopic cataract among 128 patients suffering from atopic dermatitis. McDannald (1943) and Berliner (1944) each found one case of associated keratoconus, and Norins and Field (1964) reported a case of atopic dermatitis, atopic cataract, and keratoconus. Though cataract with atopic dermatitis is not rare, the combination with keratoconus, iridocyclitis, and undescended testes as in the present case could not be found in the literature.

متن کاملThe Role of Laparoscopy in the Localization and Management of Adult Impalpable Testes

METHODS Fourteen adults, having a mean age of 21 years, with 19 undescended testes were evaluated. None of the testes was palpable, preoperative ultrasound localized 7 testes (36.8%), but a change in ...
متن کاملCharacteristics of cryptic/ectopic and contralateral scrotal testes in dogs between 1 and 2 years of age.
Testicular malposition represents a common developmental genital defect in dogs and can affect one or both testes. In both humans and dogs, unilateral cryptorchism is more frequently detected and thought to be the expression of a genetic abnormality affecting both the undescended and scrotal testis. In the dog, there is evidence of degenerative processes affecting the maldescended testis. Howev...
